H.264/H.265 video encoding and decoding. Specifically for face
recognition applications, it provides NNIE engine acceleration and
5M ISP wide dynamic processing to ensure smooth operation.
Additionally, it supports Wiegand 26 and 34 transmission modes, as
well as 232 serial port and other communication interfaces. The
board also offers MIPI display output, multiple peripheral
expansions, optional WIFI-2.4G/5G modules, and wired support.
